Student Welcome Services

Student Welcome Services (SWS), an initiative of Allianz Global Assistance, has been established to assist Australian Education Institutions to meet industry and legislative expectations for orientation services and duty of care requirements for international students studying in Australia.

In meeting the requirements of the ESOS Act, SWS provides an online, multi topic and multi-lingual orientation program to prepare international students for their arrival in Australia.

Student Welcome Services provides an appropriate, thorough, customisable and fully auditable – pre and post arrival online orientation program to ensure international students have the opportunity to learn and understand the issues relating to living and studying in Australia.

Allianz Global Assistance invites education providers to join SWS and offer the online orientation program to all of your international students to help focus and supplement your campus orientation activities and ensure international students are well prepared to succeed in their studies.
